Was fun to drive while it lasted, currently waiting on service center to receive new part and make repair. Drove 3.5 hrs to pickup truck so disappointing having to leave without it.

Oh no, sorry to hear. Hope you can pick up your truck soon.

Interesting that two other forum members also have it fail on them too…

Mine too. I just got mine on the 24th and in yesterday’s rain I found out my wiper isn’t working. So dangerous not being able to see during a rainstorm home.
you press the button and the display pops up asking to select you speed or auto but no wipe. I tried voice command and also accepts the command but no movement of the wiper. Very frustrating (loving my truck) angrily ??

Hopefully this isn’t another recall brewing…

? oh no!
I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come.

was it a similar experience as I posted below on this thread or the behavior difference?

hope this is the last swap for you!

Not exactly... had it for three weeks the first time and drove to Indian Wells and had to use the wipers a few times in the rain. No issues. Then a few weeks later it rained in Vegas and went to turn on the wipers only to get no response...

Serviced. Replaced. Seemed fine. Had to go back to service a few weeks later for the door strap service bulletin and after service noticed that the wiper was about 2 inches into the windshield instead of the normal position... Went to try them again and - nothing again. Took it for service. They had me waiting for 4 hours only to say that they confirmed it was the motor; but the made a mistake and parts ordered the arm and blade instead of the motor :-/ ANOTHER two weeks passed until the new motor came in and I was able to get it swapped. So far it's working (knock on wood). I am guessing they will have to redesign the motor at some point and fix the root cause...

Was the first time due to the motor too?

Always reassuring to know you've had two failures already .-. Hopefully 2nd one does well!
