Trouble using PowerShare voucher

Has anyone else had trouble using their PowerShare voucher in the Tesla shop? The last 2x the snow tires have shown up in stock, I've tried to purchase with the voucher only to have it say "invalid voucher code". I can't get Tesla to answer on the customer service email and messaged service through the app and no answer there either. I love my Cybertruck, but service or trying to talk to a human there is miserable.

Check your email. Yesterday emails went out informing owners that the voucher was converted to Tesla Credits. Could just be delay between them canceling your voucher and converting it to Tesla Credit.

I hope you’re right. Just a bummer to miss the tires yet again. I guess if I keep waiting there won’t be a need for snow tires :ROFLMAO:

Same problem. Bought a t shirt with the $2,500 credit and now I can’t buy the chains - I get the same message. Initially you had to use all your credits at once - they changed that - so I was told. But I also heard they were converting to a gift card instead that you can use multiple times… when ? On Tesla time probably months. And impossible to find a human being!

Good luck. The app will not let me order 2 spare tire kits. The SC verified. The SC cannot use credit in wallet to pay for them.
Service has gotten so bad. Takes months to get an appointment. Tesla is NOT ramping up Service technicians to match number of cars sold. It can and will only get worse till Elon and staff gets a hold on it.

Same problem for me attempting to place an order. The only code I ever got was that with the original power share email. The message I get is server error, try later.

I’m very disappointed both as a Tesla owner and a long term shareholder. I’ve spent hours now trying to track down someone who can help at Tesla only to keep getting punted. This last time I got a person at the sales department who checked with her manager who only said call the 800# on the voucher email. There is no 800# on the email so they said call the 877# again and try different departments until you get another person. Ridiculous. Still no follow up email saying they couldn’t help original voucher was converted either although I’m not going to accept an $1800 voucher that I can use multiple times instead of a $2500 one I have to use once. I love my Cybertruck, but I don’t know that I’d ever buy another Tesla at this point

Open a support request through the website. I've never gone more than a few days without a response.

I have been saying all a long. Tesla has great products but the service stinks. Wait till the vehicles get old and need service. When I learned that the $2500 credit for the PowerShare could be lost if you do not use it within a year I decided to order the PowerShare. I got it and I can’t do anything with it unlesss I spend another $6500 to get it installed. What a rip off! Now I do no have the $2500 and I have a PowerShare as a decoration in my garage. I love Tesla and I only hope that soon they realized it is very important to provide good service to its customers., otherwise, eventually Tesla will go under the drain.

I am having the same problem. I opened a service request and they told me to call 877-798-3752 but most of the options don't apply or re-direct you to go to the website. Were you able to find a way to resolve?

I have a phone number for a gal that handled my light bar installation and she finally got them to resend the email with a code for the $2500 - they had to cancel the installation that I never asked for by this merit group —

She said they know that originally it was setup as a single use up to $2500 and they decided to let the credit get used over a number of purchases. But the fix was to send a gift card for the remaining amount but this takes them Tesla time to actually get this gift card sent. She said they had fixed the one time purchase issue but clearly they have not done so.

I will call her again tomorrow and see if she can give me a contact to call on the gift card issuance.

Appreciate your doing the legwork on this. I've all but given up trying to get a code to use this credit. They sure don't make it easy to communicate with them. I probably shouldn't complain since 90% of what I want to purchase is perpetually out of stock anyway.
