As a car and customer experience design expert, I find another epic fail in the update for CT. This new ergonomic left flywheel steering education / huge line of sight issue to radial scroll or right hand touch to change wiper speeds is a HUGE safety concern and line of sight issue. I'm so surprised that this was allowed out the door without user testing or CT testing.
In heavy rains, this is a huge impairment assuming CT drivers are comfortable with a learned behavior of tapping the wiper button with right hand and then using left hand to adjust. Totally bad design and ergonomically a concern for drivers that cannot use arms abidextriously while navigating impaired driving. This is almost like deflating BC in deep water if you were scuba diving. Try teaching one hand to do one action while the other performs another while looking straight ahead. WOW
UX / UI Wiper Screen Update FAIL
