I have and was thinking of attaching a dog electric fence unit, it has two leads to clamp onto any metal object you want, and a lead to 12v battery or a 120 plug in. The jolt is very minor, but enough to where you wont want to maintain a long hold. Think of a tenzig massage machine at 8/10 power

Well OF COURSE it does. But I'm sure you got the wrong idea anyway. I'm not a plaintiff's lawyer I defend employers, insurers and other folks against those types of lawsuits.
