Vault Divider Replacement?

Has anyone successfully gotten Tesla to replace a broken vault divider? I bought it in February before I even took delivery of my truck. The handle to open and close it just broke. Wasn’t dropped or mishandled in any way. In my order history it says the return window is closed but it should be replaceable under warranty.

I like having it and use it all the time. Went to my local service center and they said they don’t deal with online purchases. ?? Not sure what to do. Thanks.

I called the number and there’s no option for accessorie warranties or to speak with anyone. Guess I’ll have to send them a letter which seems ridiculous in 2024.

WTF man. That sucks. It has to be easier to make warranty claims on Tesla accessories.
