I thought I was crazy for checking the app multiple times a day.

Took delivery today. So far so great!
The delivery process was underwhelming. Check-in area was like what I would imagine walking in to a bukkake film would be like. When I realized it wasn’t, I handed them my check and told them I needed a tutorial because this is my first electric vehicle. He said, “I can show you how to put it into drive and reverse, but I need to help the rest of the people in line.” The $30,000 Toyota I bought my parents was delivered to my home and the sales person spent time to go over the entire vehicle before taking an Uber back to the dealership. Maybe that’s why Tesla drivers have the reputation they do, they’re hurt. Today, I felt it too.

Interesting. I’m in MD and got a 155xx vin. Ordered 5/27 but changed order to white interior on 6/08 and almost instant vin

Maybe people have been changing their orders at the last minute to the new interior or couldn't take delivery for some reason.

I had a back-and-forth with an SA today via messaging in the app. They replied rather quickly to everything sent. They said it's still in Texas and can't give estimated delivery dates until it leaves Texas. They said their best guess would be maybe late June, so it seems there's definitely still some sort of logistics issue going on out there.

I had a back-and-forth with an SA today via messaging in the app. They replied rather quickly to everything sent. They said it's still in Texas and can't give estimated delivery dates until it leaves Texas. They said their best guess would be maybe late June, so it seems there's definitely still some sort of logistics issue going on out there.

This delay has made my trade-in offer expire. I had to reapply and now they’re offering me $2300 less on my model Y performance. I texted my SA and text through the app to try to get them to the original quote

Look to one of the third parties, like Carmax for even better deals. Tesla is known for not having the best trade-in values.

Thanks for the footage! It's hard to believe it's still in Texas this long after getting a VIN, but who knows? I was contemplating stopping by in the next few days and trying my luck with the local SC guys again. They seem to be more willing to share info.

As of last week mine was on a train to Jax. I was told that my tentative delivery to WPB is this Thursday. I wonder if one of those is mine!

I would think they would load up a car hauler at the railyard and then take them to WPB. There was an empty car hauler there.
