Not much to add. Repair was supposed to be same day (July 11th), then pushed to Friday July 12th. I did get a call later on the 13th from a tech who said they had to order a part (they weren't sure which as they weren't the tech working on it). ETA then was supposed to be Monday the 15th. That was the last I heard from them other than updates in the app where the repair date gets pushed back a day or two each time it misses the estimated repair date. It's now 10 days since we dropped it off and the app says Monday the 22nd.

I'm guessing this stems from the usual problem Jacksonville's service center has. Lack of parts, training, and staff.

Thoroughly enjoying the Model S loaner they gave me though!

Well, we have a final post to make. Today, 5 months after reporting the issues upon picking up our truck from the Jacksonville, FL Tesla service center, they fixed the vibration problem. By replacing one tire. The foam had indeed come loose in one of the four wheels.

5 months.... To diagnose and replace one tire. 4 weeks of that the truck was in their hands at the service center. The rest of it was us waiting for appointments to come open. 5 months.

I'm super happy to have it in hand now with all the minor issues repaired. Smooth ride home. I'll probably forever dread ever having to schedule a future service request with Tesla again though.

Hello Tesla,
I have been a very long customer of yours starting with the Model X. I am sad to say within the first week or so owning the Cybertruck, I got an error stating the suspension can not be lifted or lowered. Now I feel like I am driving a tractor and not a 100 k truck. I then set an appointment with the nearest service center and they can get me in a whole months and half later. I would expect to be serviced a lot quicker as the manager at Indianapolis gave reassurance. I am going to continue driving as is because I don't have a choice I have spent all my money on this truck.

I have had the same fault at least 8 times. I did take mine in for service, they replaced a component block but it still is faulting. I will return to service this Monday. Perhaps it is a leak in one of the inflatable bladders that is ok if vehicle is static, but with suspension up and down travel allows for air to escape. Eventually the reservoir is depleted and the pump can’t keep up? Maybe an immersion test with air bladders submerged would allow for visual of air leak? Hey this could be the driver to have the super duty waterproof door seals to allow for “Boat Mode!!!” Tesla, PLEASE make the super duty seals for Boat Mode!! Cheers
