Wanting to create a Tesla Meetup in Springfield, Mo

Has anyone been, or helped to plan such an event? We have a brand new Bucees gas station in Springfield, Mo that recently got new superchargers. I was hoping to do something in Late November early December 2024. Can Tesla help with planning or or those events only performed by Tesla? We have a local "tesla owners group" who has expressed interest in an event, just not sure where to begin. Any help would be appreciated.

Your official Tesla Owners Club is based out of Kansas City (covers western Missouri including Springfield). If you'd like to host an event then reach out to the club up in KC and they can help you put something together. www.teslakc.net will redirect you to Tesla's Engage site and their hub.
