Warranty on Accessories

Does anyone have advice on getting an accessory from the store replaced? My bed divider completely failed and then the latch broke. I haven’t had any luck finding support access on accessories. An email to general warranty from their vehicle page went unanswered.

These were getting replaced due to a defect. You should contact Tesla support to see if your unit is covered. I'm sure they'll replace it for free regardless.

You should be able to email [email protected] Mine broke as well and I just got the new one in. Be prepared to provide the order number, pictures, part number and the tracking number when you received it. Not really very user friendly. They also ask me to provide pictures of the box it came in. I explained I had already disposed of it and that seemed to suffice.
