1 - Lately the steering yolk makes squealing/squeaking/electonic noises when turning. Its almost like an electrical whining noise that changes on and off as if it was making contact and not making contact every 1/8 of an inch.

2 - When the heater is activated the fan and I am guessing the heating unit is very loud and vibrates/hums.

Anyone else have these things going on? Are they normal?

For #1, mine made a clicking sound when turning steering wheel just a little in either direction. Thought it was catching on steering wheel shroud but once it was in service for other things, they replaced the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) and now quiet.
