I’m confused by this wording. We can’t use the voucher with multiple purchases? Like if all purchases total under 2.5k?

I did, 2 for the Survey, once before truck delivery and once after, the 2nd followed by an oops, never mind no action on your part required....then silence. Both said I get the $equip and 4k install and the first survey had a response that im qualified house wise.

Interesting. I received five total powershare emails, although my order was relatively early before they changed the process. i qualified but after speaking with the installer, i declined and almost exactly two months later is when i received my voucher.

If you are proceeding with powershare i imagine you will receive the voucher after you have an install date. If not proceeding with powershare, i imagine you will probably hear something 30 days after you decline.

I plan on proceeding - it's free equipment and install (plus overage but dont expect to get gouged in NoCo)...so no reason not too proceed for me. I'm guessing not many local qualified installers in my parts could be part of the delay, but who knows...would just like some info and it would be nice to be able to contact someone! I also have 30k referral points and there's nothing on the store I can use them on for the CT (would like spare and air compressor) and they expire in a few months.....but again, no one to talk too.... :-(

yeah that stinks having no direct comms much of the time. I'm sure get some automated emails soon though, i have not heard of anyone who was completely forgotten.

You can only use the voucher once, no matter if you spend 250 or 2500. If you spend under 2500, the difference in the voucher total does not save in your account.

Did you get the email titled “Update: Your Powershare Home Backup Installation”

if so you may want to look it over again because the code could be at the bottom of it.

I purchased 5/4, and I got the email 6/19. I didn’t even realize they had sent it to me already until I reviewed my emails last week.
Just a suggestion.

Three months after date of delivery, down to the exact date/hour/minute, the email just arrived?

I picked up my truck two weeks ago, and nothing on the $2,500 credit. I msg the only contact # I have, inside sales from delivery, and they said that's not there dept and they will find out for me. That was days ago.

And I have heard nothing on the wheel covers.
I gave you my money again, Tesla, now I want what was promised!
The most frustrating part is I have absolutely no one to contact, other than opening a service ticket.

I mean, it's all electronic. Most companies could automate this to send out within hours. Tesla is a tech company, as said by Elon, so it doesn't make sense to me.

Just send out the vouchers when we make the purchase. A few business days I guess would be fine also.

Yea this is a very long time for you to not receive the voucher. I actually did go into the dealership and spoke to a manager about it. So maybe that was it for me because right after I received an email from Tesla with the voucher. I would suggest going in and speak to someone.
