Got it a few weeks ago. Absolutely love the new sound and I think its very fitting for the truck.

Few days later another cybertruck and I found ourselves on an empty road together and we just kept honking the new horn at each other as we drove down. Just big boys being kids again.

Can I get read of it ? Updated 2 weeks ago
And first try today and it sounded like I was running over a frog.
I shouldn’t have laughed so hard at that…

They say there’s no going back, but I bet if enough people complained they could miraculously make it happen.

I don’t see why it would be a big deal for them to let us basically “delete a download”
I’m just going back to my middle finger for now

Vin 003xxx, was going to try until I read the message that you can’t revert. The horn sounded odd in the preview sample, so I’m sticking with old-fashioned horn until I hear another CT Cyberhorn in person.

The audio clip really doesn't do it justice. When you hear it on a real truck it sounds like something between a train horn and semi horn. The sound comes from the pedestrian warning speakers and also plays on the speakers inside the truck so you know you pressed the button. It does appear to be as loud as the previous horn. New trucks have removed the old conventional horn and are delivering with the speaker powered horn. Tesla was seeking approval to do this when the truck was being developed but didn't get the ok to use it from NHTSA until a couple of weeks ago so they sent it as a software update. The reason you can't go back is because the truck software has no way of knowing if the old horn is in the truck or connected to the wiring harness.

The horn certainly gets attention and makes people take notice. It isn't like any other horn so it doesn't suffer from the car alarm effect.
