“Claims” are what we stick into the machinery of the legal process. [WHICH THIS IS NOT.] They, admitted hearsay included, are the raw, unprocessed materials. “Facts” are what come out the other end. ?You can BS all you want, that doesn't change the definition of "fact". Because I'm not gullible enough to believe every statement, simply because it wasn't rebutted.
You lack understanding of the difference between a "fact" and a "claim".
It’s supposed to be how your brain, which is supposed to be a difference engine, works too.
I’m keenly aware of the “fact” that you’re ineducable.
