Will it ever come to Europe?

I´m thinking that this car might never be officially released in Europe because of the INSANE EU pedestrian safety standards. Given that I´m thinking about if i can change my delivery location or order to the US and then just ship it to Europe directly and see if I can get around the rules.

Anyone know if you can change the delivery country of your order?

What I am worried about is that the EU power outlets and the charging might be so different that it greatly limits the utility of it in Europe.

Anyone have any thoughts or knowledge on this?

At least 30 CT trucks arrived in Europe this week. They are not legal there yet, so probably there to figure out what it takes to get them legal.

There is next CT officially registered in Austria - riding around in Germany currently on various shows. There is at least one CT in Poland already - getting trhough "Europeization" - it is confirmed that rear blinkers can be "pushed" to blink in orange and separated from stop lights. Weight is also not a problem as CT is just within max weight for electric cars for EU category "B" drivers license (passenger car license) 4300 kg (afaik CT max weight is 4220kg) so it is possible that it will be registered (I do not know how / if front lights can be made asymetrical which can be some blocking point for registration in Poland) Homologation is not a problem as this is important only in case of the official sales channel in EU - for private import this is not a blocking point. If there are any other registred CT in Europe - that anybody is aware of - please mention them in this thread.

The Austrian one ist not registered yet. Right now it uses
a blue austrian test registration
