I noticed that my wiper blade was leaving a big streak on the window, and I thought it was from a leaf or something.

Instead, I noticed a separation a few inches from the bottom that caused the blade to fold over.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

I have an upcoming service appointment and put it on the list. I wonder if Tesla will try to charge me for a new blade.

My blade from the factory was like this so the SC replaced it for free.

I had the same issue after a wash...left my wash mitt underneath for a minute or so and thought I bent the thing beyond repair. As difficult as it may be to work with being so long and heavy at the top end, I was able to get the blade back into position on the wiper arm after a few minutes inspecting the situation where it wasn't sitting flush on the glass. Difficult to explain, as there are multiple "fins" on the top side of the blade that can screw up the way it seats on the arm. Take a closer look at those fins where the blade is positioned as it should be, and work from one end of the wobble to the other lightly pushing/pulling (finessing, if you will) and you should be back in shape (pun intended).

I have a similar problem. Lower 8" or so of rubber does not touch glass and clears no water. I tried tweaking the blade as suggested by mdcoleman but it didn't want to tweak.
Will request service when it gets back from the wrap shop.

FWIW, when I had my VIN 113xx AWD in for the wiper motor replacement, they also (without me asking) replaced the wiper arm/blade assembly with a revised part #.

I have no idea if the old one did/did not sit flat (the wiper never worked, haha!!) but the new blade sits on the glass full length.

UPDATE: I called Tesla service, and they had me bring the truck over to have the blade looked at. When I got there, the service advisor had to get approval to replace the blade because it's considered a wear item. 30 min later, I was on my way with a new blade.
