Wiper Arm Removal

Anyone have any suggestions for removing the wiper arm to reposition? This is my second truck and I had to adjust the first as well. Unfortunately this one I'm having a hell of a time getting the arm off the bolt. Trying not to make a service visit but will if I can't jimmy rig something to get this off.

Be very careful. You either need the special Tesla tool that accommodates for the washer hose nub(do not use a standard wiper tool), or, if by hand, you typically can rock it back and forth, front to back.

I'd suggest a Tesla mobile visit if you have the option.

Are you saying there isn't a Tesla Service Center in Birmingham, AL? That's a warranty issue, Tesla will take of it at no charge.
