I appreciate the tips. I won't let SC replace doors because I KNOW they'll be misaligned and probably even have issues with sealing.As with all things, it really depends on your comfort level with taking things apart. There used to be a service bulletin on this, but I'm not finding it now. I've also seen some people reporting Tesla's answer to this is to just replace the door entirely, so if you aren't wanting to go that route and they aren't willing to fix it, self repair is about all you're left with.
If you do decide to do this yourself, I would advise having a second person to grab the glass and lift it out of the door once you have freed it. I think there were also some videos on YouTube showing how to take the door apart, so it may be worth a search on that.
If it were only one door, maybe I'd trust them more.
