For some reason I can’t find a link to my mount. Will keep looking. I think the t-wraps vent mount might work but I’ve never seen it in person.

Ok. More photos. Sorry for the mess.
The glovebox usb is a perfectly logical place to power the monitor from and easily concealable.
In my case that plug already powers a 1tb ssd, two gaming controller dongles, the caraoke (or truck-e-oke in this case) microphone receiver and the led light strip pictured. It already took some creative positioning and Velcroing to keep it neat and off the mobile glove box floor so the center dashboard got its own hub. This is btw also a nice place to charge a GoPro because you can shoot your journey from the dash while charging.
As for the monitor mounting, that took a little thought too. The mounting stuff that comes with the tiny traveler which is an otherwise great product is cheap crap. I bought a phone holder which is a nice piece of metal hardware designed to fit in the vent and hold a phone. it’s very solid.
Also added an extra camera “knuckle” to it because I wanted it as low as possible but not in the way of the vent. Not necessary just the type of thing I tend to do which my wife would say makes me a little “extra”.?

No man, this is awesome. You went above and beyond. I think I’m going to repro your steps because this came out really nice and my wife too would say I’m a bit “extra” lol. She wants the cam and I want it clean ?

Thanks so much for sharing!

Any time. I love this stuff. Anything kid related for the truck is very fun for me. The Cybertruck in my opinion is the ultimate family car. Even our x sees a lot less use since we got it though it still has the edge for some tasks.
With some thought there are some really great “family” mods that can be done and I believe those significantly enhance the experience.
Will post again once I find that mount in my orders.

Kingcrow. As you’re making the pitch to your wife for what is not the cheapest product on the market by a long-shot, mention the screen has built in battery and there is also one available for the cam so when you get to your destination, you just can pull them off and use them like an actual baby cam.
put your child down for a nap in one room and be in another or outside.
About 150-200ft as the crow flies. Pardon the pun. ?Dad jokes are in my dna I guess.

As promised. This is what I’m using as the base of the mount. It’s a really nice piece and worth the coin just for the vent clip in my opinion.
