Update: I took my truck in for scheduled service on Saturday to get the dash installed. Everything looked to be going smoothly. SA told me they had a huge backlog that I was looking at 4 days for them to work on my truck. They got me a loaner and I was on my way. I get a message today that service is complete and that the dash wasn’t installed because it’s only for Beast models. I explained that the whole point of scheduling the service was because THEY sent me a cost estimate with the approved service! Like why couldn’t you freaking tell me ahead of time you wouldn’t be doing the install instead of letting me drive far as hell and having me go without my truck for 4 days! Ugh vent over. On the bright side, I got a new wiper (old one was streaking bad), phone charging pad replaced (gen 5, don’t notice difference yet), and rear underseat storage bin installed all free of charge.
