in this forum, it’s politically incorrect to say CT in some point needs improvement.
if you say so, ppl would point at you saying: ct gets so much more, patient, bluhbluh…

let me tell you this, you got what you vote for!
dm! such a narrow frunk is totally meaningless and you don’t want your kids’ icecream rolling around your bed!

on the 3 and Y, those are secondary ‘trunks’ and that they are so small is part of why folks aren’t worked up over their additional utility
Perhaps people should just get a different perspective. Think of the frunk as an enhanced glove compartment. Compared to the glove compartment, the frunk on the CT is gonna be next level HUGE!

If people are temporarily trying to transport stuff, that goes in the lockable covered truck bed. If they want to store odds and ends to keep in the vehicle on a regular basis then the frunk is the place to put it. Try putting recovery rope, a tire repair kit, jumper cables for the ICE friends, tire chains, etc. Stuff you only use once in a while but would really miss if you hadn't kept it in the vehicle for those odd moments.

Here in Oz, we generally live without 'gun/ammo bags'
My life goes on without 'golf bags'
For some men it seems, golf or hunting are the only real "escape" mechanisms to go off duty from home. It is the somewhat sanctioned recreational activity that lets one relax without partner pressure. I'm guessing that there are activities in OZ with a similar functionality. Say crocodile wrestling, venomous snake/arachnid collecting, etc.

These are two very effective ways to evade the wife for a few hours here in America.

Tesla came up with the Frunk, and legacy using a large part of old tech, had no Frunk.

Legacy (as a sub plot), to create a competitive advantage, introduced THE SuperFrunk

Meanwhile, Tesla carries on with being 10 years ahead on the overall actual product itself.

of course they did, but they had the engine at the other end. So their Frunk was a trunk at the front.

As per usual, a poll with insufficient choices. A proper poll should cover all options. In this case, one option is ‘none of the above’. Is that so difficult? I cannot answer the poll with the choices provided because I don’t have the dimensions or useful volume. I have a picture taken from an angle. I like the idea of polls if they offer enough choices - I almost never see polls like that.

We do not know the frunk size yet.

while I use the Y frunk less than could, I expect I will use the CT frunk at a greater rate for groceries.
My opinion of the frunk will be based on how many grocery bags fit or the official measurement, Ogre Chickens.

the official measurement, Ogre Chickens.
Are we standardizing on Ogre Chickens? Ogres are so much larger than the typical farm chicken I’m thinking there might not be enough precision.

Plus the associated swamp has smells might be a bit much. But typical farm chickens smell pretty tank so maybe this doesn’t matter.

Beetle, Porsche all have frunks.

At one point the Beetle was the most built car for decades. Also had a skateboard with seats motors and tank attached, no water radiators, independant suspension, cast motor and gearbox block, used arched exoskeleton body for strength, you know like a real "Bug". :p

Funny Story...whilst the Allied forces lost vehicles left right and center in WW2 from overheated liquid cooled cars, the Germans used their Beetle derived vehicles with air cooling without a problem. With a frunk full of ammo...and amphibious too:

Obviously the closest thing in history to a CT. Also made in South Africa btw, So I'm sure it had some influence on EM.
