Cybertruck bed vault lighting is so clean (clearest photo yet)

Everybody is talking midgate, glass opening, but nobody on these 7 pages has commented on then large cutout in the bed , bed liner?
Ir that another runk / rear trunk? Or access to the battery pack.

Please explain since there is no mention to it.

this photo makes clearer that the forward 2/3 of the bed floor is a removable service hatch - to access the motors, compressor, bottle, etc.

lol I was saying that the image provided shows a very old version of the truck and that things may have changed since original design.

Because there are door handles in your image.

Are you talking about the 4 hinges on the bottom to open the door for under-vault storage?

No, there seems to be another access hatch way forward in the back. It seems too far forward to access the motors, so perhaps it's a cleanout for the vault cover? We don't know, we've never seen it open, assuming it does.

I think what we are seeing is tie down points. which would make some sense since they cant put those on the vault in the vault lid.

Yep. Thats one of the changes i believe they made to lighten the vehicle.

True that. Like my first weekend visit to my GF in the Redondo Beach (from the central coast) mid 80s..... Car was covered in soot when I left....

We are constantly building here and making a lot of dust. Pollution isn't settling on your cars or truck beds.
