The panel gaps are getting worse

Ok, but how does the load get from the airspring mounts, through the cast, to the skins, and then back up to the cabin frame to the other side, without going straight from the cast to the cab, via that triangular cast part that attaches to the cabin frame? That's why it's there.See, I think that the skin is still doing a lot. Like the plywood sheathing on a framed structure, it's about load transfer along the entire surface and adding rigidity as a panel does so well.
It's an exo skeleton, the stress literally goes through the skin. the "biw" transfers load to the outside, which stiffens the entire body.Ok, but how does the load get from the airspring mounts, through the cast, to the skins, and then back up to the cabin frame to the other side, without going straight from the cast to the cab, via that triangular cast part that attaches to the cabin frame? If so please just put me out of my misery and tell me the loadpath? It's an exo skeleton, the stress literally goes through the skin. the "biw" transfers load to the outside, which stiffens the entire body.
There's little support on that "unibdoy" as you guys like to call it without the SS shell.
The rigidity of the structure is dependent of a box structure. If so please just put me out of my misery and tell me the loadpath?
Saying the skin can carry load, is not the same as the skin has a load to carry.
Just tell me already then by filling in the question marks:
Airspring>?>?>?>otherside Airspring.
Do one left to right in the rear and front, then front to rear on either side.
Thx.
finally definitive death to midgate.
Ok. It is a ligit question. A loadpath, is the geometric path force is transferred through the structure to the point of reaction. The rigidity of the structure is dependent of a box structure.
I don't know what your question means, if it's even a question.
I'm not sure why you don't think the SS skin is part of the load path.Ok. It is a ligit question. A loadpath, is the geometric path force is transferred through the structure to the point of reaction.
Alternatively, Google "structural loadpath" and get back to me.
I disagree. You can't see where the mid-window is, that can always be made to slide down, no matter what. IT CAN BE DONE!finally definitive death to midgate.
I can't see why you just can't tell me what the loadpath is, if it's so obvious?I'm not sure why you don't think the SS skin is part of the load path.
I already did?I can't see why you just can't tell me what the loadpath is, if it's so obvious?
Yes, that is what "they" want you to think. This picture is clearly a plant.finally definitive death to midgate.
Huh?I already did?
The castings as they are, are not sufficient by themselves. The SS skins, whether you believe it or not, are boxing in the castings.
They are replacing alot of the internal structures.
