There are physical buttons for the windows. The frameless design of the windows necessitates lowering them slightly when opening/closing the door to prevent damage.
It's how Tesla did it, but it's not inherent in frameless designs. The problem is that materials flex, and if the window isn't seated in a track around it, air/water will come through in certain circumstances, and also cause drag. So Tesla chose to have them seat themselves when the door is closed.

To be honest, it's in some ways superior to a framed window, because that frame, while it flexes less than glass alone, still flexes and causes leaks and more aerodynamic interference. Unless seated in... etc.

What would the violation be, tho? There's a safety release, they stayed below 5mph, it was closed and enclosed while he was there so he couldn't fall out or have anything hit him.

It's a pop-up office or bed. Some people try to make it be more than it is.

I believe the Cyberlander was billed as more than that, having a sink, cooktop, cutting board, shower, toilet, bed, desk, etc.

It's the employee who's leaked all the videos leading up to the big event.

Elon figured he'll leak on his parade and told him 1 more leaked video and the cover is left open. Talk about Water Boarding.

I know someone who strapped himself to the bottom of a lifted truck to listen where the rattles were coming from.

It never rains in Los Angeles. I'll take the leaking one home after the show..

For the same reasons, those releases are generally in bright safety colors, with attention-grabbing symbols

we’ve not seen anything like that ??‍♂

FIFY ?

An F150 bed height is 21.5, floor to top of bed rail.

Based on my measures, the CT bed height at top of sail is ~28.5”, and at tailgate is 19.5”

But subtract from those heights, because they’re before and not counting, the ‘depth’ eaten up by the drop to tonneau track and tonneau thickness

7F48CC86-94AB-49E9-8008-AA3CBF11A390.jpeg

So at front of sails with tonneau closed, an interior height of ~26.5” (5” higher than F150) and at tailgate ~17.5” (4” lower than F150)
Can't wait to hear more on 'Camp Mode'
A mattress and bedding, along with shag pile carpet, and the CT revives the '70s Panel Van Craze! Surf Board racks on the cab and you're good to go catch a wave!
Wonder if there'll be a CT 'WAVE'....like a Starter's Gun pistol 'hand gesture' pointed in an arc across the sky!?!?!
Afterall, it's Tommy Gun proof ( Bang! Bang! )
