Speaker grille holes in underbody apron?

Has anyone noticed these holes (in yellow circle) under the passenger apron? Am not sure what they are for. Any ideas?

Pws was able to play custom sounds while driving for. Awhile.

I used a gas car sound V12 (ironically). And the Jetsons sound.

Then the fun police took it away
