That about doubles the number they’ve activated, not counting the delivery event units

But some caution before we get too excited

We don’t yet know if these are 10 VINs they feel they need for only next week’s production, or instead the next month



What will be more inactive (but still not dispositive), will be if for example next week they also activate 10 Beast VINs? And the week after that…

But certainly a needle twitch in the right direction

Yes. Not sure if Monday was off for a holiday or not. Tuesday was definitely connected with the cold weather/energy conservation notice. I don't follow Model Y production but I wonder if Tuesday was a total shutdown or only cybertruck.

I found a person on ? who was issued VIN 1021 today in SD CA... configured on 12/9. Gives us an idea of where they are at rn with VIN assignment!

I was away from my computer for a few hours today and my program threw an error. That's why there was a big gap from ~8:05 to ~14:30. We are currently seeing an increase of about 6 trucks per work day, week over week.

VIN 1056 was assigned to a person in FL today who ordered on 12/15... this is the first non employee I've seen from the second wave of invites outside of CA or TX.
