So I got this email today and submitted the necessary statements proving ownership of the required amount of shares, fingers crossed! I have a RN113XXXXXX that I put in on 7/19/2020.

Plus I had to save it under a different name pdf after airdrop from my computer

I tried changing the name on the file from Schwab and that didn't work. With the file open, I tried to "print to pdf" with a different name, and that didn't work. I tried shortening the name with no dashes or underscores and that didn't work. In the end, I took the relevant page from each of the two time periods and scanned each page to a separate pdf and those files worked....

I had to change the file extension from a capitalized PDF to lowercase pdf and it worked for me.

Change the file name from *.PDF to *.pdf, and the problem will go away!

I did redact other investments. However I only included the page that shows the Tesla ownership.

Did others include the entire statement and redact all the other investments?

I have multiple brokerage accounts - retirement and trust accounts that I had purchased my Tesla. Just wondering. Wish the instructions for this program was clearer.

I didn't redact anything. I hope they try to steal something haha! What is odd is that I got the e-mail to submit proof the first day, and mine said to submit September 2021 and not February 2021. Held the shares a few years before that and didn't get a denial e-mail. Anyone else see this?

normally I would not go through all these hoops to buy a vehicle. However, what choice do we have? My 12/19/19 RN is far off RN 113167xxx
