Roof glass tinting, windshield, and all windows tinting -- looking for input

I am looking to get all "glass" tinted for CT. I need some inputs please. I have heard that if you tint the roof glass, it would void warranty. Is this true?
I have a quote with Llumar IRx nano ceramic (high heat rejection). Any inputs would be appreciated. The price is reasonable since I will wrap with UPPF at the same time. I have heard people prefer Xpel IRx. What is the difference (from user point of view -- not spec related)? Is the vision clear at night (for either one?)? What about heat rejection?
My plas is below:
Front Windshield: Llumar IRx 80
Top glas: ??? I heard 30 is good enough, I can go darker --- suggestion please.
Front driver and passenger -- Llumar IRx 50 (or may be 30)--- debating, since I don't want it too dark due to visibility at night, just want the heat reduction
Back passengers -- Llumar IRx 30 (or 20)-- the darker the better.
Any suggestions, inputs would be greatly appreciated.
I do not want too dark due to night visibility, so the reason for lighter on windshield and front drive and passenger (and no cop issue). Heat rejection is my main purpose.

No I have not found any information regarding voided warranty. It was just some forum speculation. I will get it done anyway since the heat during summer time is very unbearable, but I do not want to put the shade (I put the shade on My MYP and it helps reduce heat but you can't see the sky).

I started to look for this information because the installer, I contacted for the tint estimates said that if I want the roof tinted I have to sign a waver since the roof may crack and the warranty will be voided. It connects to few other videos, I found….

on the other side - other companies like T sportline, OCD are tinting the roof and windshield and posting videos how they do it.

A lot places are doing it here in California, I have seen many cars had it done with no issues. I think new place that have not done Tesla may not have the experience. I am taking to an installer who has done many Tesla previously.

This is kind of an old topic, but it looks like Tesla has now made it so that you can get tint without voiding the glass warranty: https://lp.xpel.com/tesla-window-film

So I'm guessing if you went through Lumar or 3M the glass warranty is voided?

I was watching the video and it said "visit your local Tesla store today". Has anyone done this?

That‘s very interesting.

According to the FAQ, you need to book through the referral link. You make payment to Xpel. Xpel then “forwards funds to the installer and Tesla” after the job is complete.

Tesla will pay to have the film reinstalled is you have a warrantable defect/breakage in the glass.

Pretty cool.

70% windshield, 20% on all 4 windows. The front windows will still not be as dark as the back windows because of the existing tint that is already on the windows.

I think you'll regret 50% unless you very rarely drive at night. I had 70% on my windshield, got a stone chip that cracked the glass, insurance replaced glass, never put tint back on, 70% was even too dark at night.

Really debating between 70 and 50% on the windshield… is 50% too dark?

I did the 70% and am very happy with the results as the tint i used blocks more of the heat while keeping an adequate amount of light coming in except for the dark evenings, without moonlight, away from civilization which is infrequent in my case, sadly. If you frequent unlit roads at night then it would NOT be worth the cost nor the safety in my opinion.
