The above video is probably your best reference. He has it on the wiper as it moves.Slow-Mo example of a working one AFAIK.

Can someone confirm whether their washer fluid sprays for the entire time up wipe?
Mine only squirts one shot and is ‘off’ on the remainder of the up wipe.
Mine acted like that when it was low on fluid. This thing goes through fluid fast.I tested mine. When I activated the wiper wash, the arm swung down squirted water (not much), wiped up (no water), went back down and squirted water and went back up. Cycled this several times with the same actions.
Thanks for checking. Yes that’s the same as mine. But there was a video posted up thread and his seemed to continuously spray fluid on the up wipe.I tested mine. When I activated the wiper wash, the arm swung down squirted water (not much), wiped up (no water), went back down and squirted water and went back up. Cycled this several times with the same actions.
That’s exactly why I asked. It appears fluid is sprayed on the entire up wipe. Mine doesn’t do that. The above video is probably your best reference. He has it on the wiper as it moves.
I just checked mine and it looks like it stops spraying about half way up the up stroke. That’s exactly why I asked. It appears fluid is sprayed on the entire up wipe. Mine doesn’t do that.
Which is different from that video right?I just checked mine and it looks like it stops spraying about half way up the up stroke.
Same!I just checked mine and it looks like it stops spraying about half way up the up stroke.
In the slow motion on the video it looks like his goes about about 3/4 of the way before it stops.Which is different from that video right?
are you holding the squirter down the entire time? That’s exactly why I asked. It appears fluid is sprayed on the entire up wipe. Mine doesn’t do that.
Yes, of course.are you holding the squirter down the entire time?
