Wondering if anyone else noticed the Inventory 2024 AWD CTs are no longer eligible for leasing? Granted it was only a $1600 reduced price vs the $80k 2025 AWD so it wasn’t a huge price difference anyways - but for folks who are leasing and not worried about re-sale value of a 2024 model year vs 2025 model year vehicle, why not save the $1600?

After re-thinking my second CT purchase plan, I decided that either a 24 or 36 month lease may be the better move (not with the intention of immediately buying out the lease to leverage the $7500 tax incentive) for me since 1) I’m concerned about higher-than-normal depreciation with the CT and 2) I’m optimistic that if (hopefully!) Tesla continues to refine + improve the truck over the next 2-3 yrs, it will be easier for me to upgrade and purchase the newer one outright at that point.

Yeah, not sure what's up with that. Maybe they are located in states that Tesla doesn't lease?
Yeah it’s odd - funky systems I guess. Still debating whether to go w/ the 24 or 36 mo option myself…

Good find… weird some are showing as leasable while others aren’t.
I'm in California, and can confirm that the options on the Inventory page for a new Cybertruck change as you toggle between the "Cash/Finance" and "Lease" buttons. This doesn't seem to happen for the S3XY models.

Most (but maybe not all?) of the difference has to do with the Foundation Series, which apparently is not leasable in California. If I toggle the Foundation Series buttons on, and the non-FS buttons off, all lease options disappear, even if "All Deliverable" is selected.

The above was posted on Monday. At that time, there were lots of Foundation Series options in California, but only for "Cash/Finance". If you switched to "Lease", all the FS disappeared.

But as of right now, there are no FS options in California at all, either for "Cash/Finance" or "Lease". The FS seems to have disappeared from inventory entirely. There are no longer any "Foundation Series" options in the "Trim" Category.

There is still a banner at the top of the inventory page that says "Receive a complimentary vehicle wrap when you take delivery of a new Foundation Series Cybertruck by March 31". But there are no FS Cybertrucks listed for purchase. Weird.

And suddenly ... the FS seem to be back in inventory. Still not for "Lease", only for "Cash/Finance". And the option to search for Foundation Series under "Trim" is still gone.

Looks like more discounts. New 2024 AWD gets $4,000 off, now $75,990. New 2024 CB gets $5,000 off, now $94,990.
