I bought some running shoes last year. They were limited edition and I paid a markup because they were new and limited.Suppose Joe Blow is an early buyer of a Foundation Series CT. Let's say the price was $99,990 and it included free FSD.
OK, now suppose Tesla raises the price by $5,000 and drops the free FSD.
Joe is probably not going to say: "Oooh, the terms of the deal changed after my purchase. So now I need to send Tesla another $5,000 and deactivate my FSD". Instead, Joe will simply stick to the terms of the original deal, and Joe has every legal right to do that. Agree?

They are on sale now so I plan to picket the shoe store and the manufacturer until I get the discount and the free Coleman water bottle they are offering if I buy the shoes.
The nerve of some companies.
