They've given it a value in the past, when people made a huge stink about the price change on the performance upgrade package on the Model 3 Performance. If I remember it correctly, Tesla agreed to refund people the $5k they spent on the (newly free) package, but they had to give up their Free Unlimited Supercharging to get the refund.

They've definitely got a value on the books for it, since every vehicle with it creates a liability on their balance sheet. It's the same reason they're not going to turn around and offer it up to every FS Cybertruck owner, because that would change already reported earnings.
