AFAIK, they installed Powershare upstream of the original Tesla Energy system. The OWC does not show up on the original Tesla Energy page in the app; it *does* show up on the Powershare page.Yeah, that was just stock wording because solar and Powershare don't (didn't?) play nice, yet.
The Powerwall setup and solar sit behind the Backup Switch on your solar (bidirectional?) meter.
The Powershare Gateway looks to be fed off the main meter. They might have gone grid-meter-gateway-existing_setup, but based on your energy screenshots, Powershare lives on it's own.
Those images are both current? The truck shows up in both views simultaneously?
Powerwalls installed July 2023; Powershare June 2024. The truck shows up in Powershare but no longer in the main view. It used to, before Powershare. I was under the assumption that a software/firmware OTA update would resolve these issues; perhaps I am being premature. The 3rd party Powershare installer mentioned asking Tesla to make the Powershare Gateway the master and the Powerwall Gateway the slave.
Tesla has escalated my Charge-on-Solar issue. Just a moment ago, they sent me an email asking if I was still having trouble. I haven't been able to test it, again.
Appreciate the interest and questions!
