So the ventilated seats in the CT are so anemic you really don't lose much there.

Throw in a pair of aftermarket "leather" seat covers for $250 and are basically back to square one as far as seats go.

Haven’t tried it yet on mine since I got it in December and I live in the Boston area.

I’ve always wanted ventilated seats and this is my first vehicle with it, so I’m hoping it’s good!

I don't think they're terrible. I can hear they are on and feel some coolness, but I havent used them much. My AC, ceramic tint, and roof shade keep me cool enough in the summer without turning them on. I wouldn't miss them if I didn't have them.

I like them. They make a huge difference in Florida in the summer. My model y has regular seats and it takes forever for them to cool down with just the AC. Maybe if you aren't in the extreme hell like I am then you might not notice as much.

I really like the look, I just couldn't give up my ventilated seats.

FYI, I grew up with four channels on a black and white TV with no remote, no landline telephone, no garage door opener (hint NO garage either), no cruise control in the car I shared, and I had to dim my own headlights. Yeah, all that sucked and I don't want to go backwards, EVER. Just give me them ventilated and heated seats. Go Boomers!!

agree with you. the look of the seats are good but no ventilation kills the deal.

I did not tint the roof out of concern it could crack. I tinted all the other windows.

I keep the roof shade on all the time, and it has been fine.

If you are in Boston, have your windows/roof/windshield tinted and crank the AC you should be fine.
If you are in the south the ventilated seats in the CT make more noise than cooling unfortunately.
Friend of mine has the new Model 3 with ventilated seats and after sitting on them for a few minutes on max it is a little too cool and I turn it down to 1/3 or 2/3

They are enough that you dont sweat and stick to the seats. They dont blow cold air through your jeans.
