Registration unable to be uploaded on a Reviver digital license plate.

I’m having an issue on a digital license plate. The paid for registration with people that work over there cannot upload the registration. I do have one plate on my Cybertruck that uploaded successfully no problem. That’s not the one I’m having problems with, I have another vehicle a 2022 Ford raptor that has not been uploaded as of yet three days ago, as when the registration is expired. I’ve tried to contact them in many various different way. and they are so slow on communicating. I’ve even asked them for a phone call and they said sure when I said anytime after 9 o’clock and I never got a call let alone a voicemail.. my registration is now past due, and I will be forced not to drive my vehicle as I do not want to get pulled over for something so stupid as registration that has already been paid. Has anyone else had this issue? I think it’s a button on the license plate itself that is not working, but I don’t really get much from the manufacturer of this digital plate. It almost seems like they keep pushing me in circles like somehow it’s magically going to work. All I know is they’re very slow to respond very slow to fix issues and will not call me. I have left voicemails. I’ve tried contacting them via email via the app Support and still all the progress is moving slow. Has anyone else had their bricked by Reviver?

Big city cops (like San Diego) don’t care about expired registration, especially on a $100K vehicle. They do traffic stops to find guns/drugs/warrants - you don’t fit that bill. No need to worry and definitely no need to stop driving it. Just have your receipts/emails ready to show in case one of them uses that as a reason to get a closer look at the interior.

More than likely that is true, but I’ve always paid paid my bills on time done the right thing and have the every single one of my 300+ Registration tags on there on time. That is one thing I have not had happened to me in the last 36 years of driving so it kind of bugs me a lot. My wife is now currently primary driver of my Raptor Even though she would not put on more than 1000 miles a year On it. I drive a lot and I could do that in one week. Nevertheless,She is driving more than I am, Don’t get me wrong, the F150 raptor It’s an extremely well engineered machine, that is refined to a point of near perfection, that being said, I just can’t seem to walk away from the Cybertruck event for a week. My wife, is definitely not going to drive around with registration that is not up-to-date. Essentially the truck is now going to sit there until we get this resolved properly. Everybody here that drives a Cybertruck is very fortunate to drive one, Some people don’t understand how much of a technological advancement the whole vehicle is and just call it ugly. You can’t fix stupid..

I have the same plate and don't have a problem with the plate updating. Do you have your plate paired with your phone over Bluetooth?
