Yes!

Ordered the Foundation Beast back in 3/3024. Got the charging station, power share and install (didn’t have to pay a penny for installation).
Insurance is less than the 2014 Nissan we sold so it could have the garage space.
Beast mode is adrenaline on tap.
The haters are hilarious, seeing such a visceral reaction to a truck will never not be funny.

For what we need, there hasn’t been a better deal on the truck than the one we got.

I would 100% do it all again.
best vehicle I’ve ever owned and perfectly said.

I voted "No".

As an early Model 3 owner - and 99% time FSD user - CT has turned out to be disappointing.

I think the most important one is the social aspect - my kids refused to be even dropped or picked up from school in CT. They were so excited about Model 3 - and all their friends too. I don't know how much of this is because of Elon going Nazi political backlash - and how much just social media influencers constantly making fun of and bashing CT in particular as a "trashcan" (not Tesla in general).

On the technical side - it is always lagging behind other HW4 cars in terms of FSD. Lots of small and big issues with the CT build/design (sharp edges, for eg). 100k for the Foundation version doesn't seem worth it.

If given a choice today - I'd probably buy Y (or felt like spending more X). If FSD wasn't so important to me - I'd look at Rivian and others.

Interesting to read all the replies and what some people’s experiences and feelings are with it.

I’ve owned mine since mid-December 2024 (5 months) and have around 3,600 miles on it. I have a later build AWD (52xxx VIN built in November).

I 100% would buy it again and have zero regrets. When people say it’s the best car they’ve driven and you have to drive it to understand, they’re 100% correct. I remember being pleasantly surprised when I test drove it.

What would I tell my younger self if rebuying? If anything, to wait until Tesla offered the low interest rate. BUT, in my situation, I am still happy with my decision because:
1. I was able to do the free FSD transfer (saving $8k)
2. Took advantage of the increased loyalty credit ($2k)

Now, I wasn’t in a position to purchase the CT earlier in 2024 but if I could have I wouldn’t bc I know how Tesla makes running improvements at the factory and from prior experience I’ve seen Tesla improve things after a year of production.

In short, this truly is an amazing vehicle. All of the bs around politics, haters, etc will eventually die down when MSM focuses on some other target.

how old are your kids? This just be age based. Elementary school it’s cool. High school I think you hit the “too cool to like stuff” / fear your actual positive opinion might be uncool so stick to the negative to avoid getting made fun of

Yes,

I knowingly knew it would have its own unique issues some of which might Turn out to be permanent unresolvable issues. To my pleasant surprise however I enjoy it even more than I did my 2022 Model S Plaid. I personally think that it rides better is remier and more comfortable not to mention hands down far more versatile. My only small disappointment so far has been lack of the cyber trucks FSD being a priority. I'd like to believe that it's due to lack of training data. Perhaps if they would step up the pace and improve or at least get FSD at parity with the Model S, 3 or Y they'd tell more cybertrucks. I suppose it could be the infamous chicken or egg which comes first

Wait, you DON'T like driving on the left of center and running over lane indicators and rumble strips!?

Given what you know now (May 2025)…take out the fanboyism…take into account the controversial style, social hatred, recalls, fit & finish, discoloration of bed, FSD updates lagging behind other Teslas, no matrix headlights, no range extender battery, etc.

Would you stop yourself from buying? Or not? If Tesla bought back your CT today, then would you buy another again?
Haven’t made purchase yet, but prices are getting closer to the original 2019 price.

Although we are still a long way from the original $49,990 for duel.

Some more negative publicity and continued falling of used Tesla prices for lack of demand and might get there.

One day!

Note: although, so hope Tariffs don’t do just the opposite and explode all others used car prices like they did during COVID.

I do have a 2nd reservation on stand by but have not pull the trigger yet. The price is tempting me. I would buy another. maybe a quad-motor with longer range, hopefully.

Would absolutely buy again.

I had the "EV conversation" down range back in 2016. At the time, my criteria for going EV were that it had to be a truck that hit the range and towing of my last 1/2 ton; 435mi/11,000lbs. Three years later, that was offered in the tri-motor. I was disappointed once official specs were released yet felt entitled to it because I wanted it since day one.

Accepting that it's a performance trim, my only gripes are the lack of roof handles, 130mph speed limiter, and inability to run big wheel/tire.

Love my cyberbeast - I prefer it over my 296 Ferrari, porsche Panamera, 911 targa 4, corvette 2025 z06 - the darn truck drives itself for God’s sake! All the others are dumb cars and the Tesla is Einstein

best ac
Best stereo
Largest room inside
No hoses no oil changes
Faster than all my other cars - even the ferrari
dances.
Drives itself
Hauls big screen tv’s from costco
My dog loves staying in the back when we go to restaurants
Heated cooled seats and wheel
Rides up- drops down.
Rear wheel steer -

auto park back in or parallel
Does off road - 2.4 seconds 0-60

quieter than my S 560 Mercedes luxury sedan.

never stop at gas stations

we drive it every single day —-

also now better still as it drives liberals heads to explode… what more could I ask?

oh yeah. I watch YouTube videos of crazy stuff while wife is shopping —— .

No.
Pick up my foundation AWD on 2024.3.24; I love driving my CT, but recall and service plus price drop too many times, and now offer supercharging. Not happy with these. I would lease a model 3 instead

In what way would you say a ‘25 Corvette Z06 is comparable to a Cyberbeast? I’m not following the reasoning here. I prefer my CB for offroading and hauling stuff, my C8 doesn’t do that. Nor does my CB go 200 miles an hour and convert into spyder. So, what are we saying?

And since you must’ve already had the CB plus one of the many sports cars that you mentioned why would you go through purchasing a Z06 in the first place?

Tesla doesn't advertise. The only way people would know the CT performs worse on FSD is from existing owners that have other vehicles with HW4 and FSD.

I think we will see improvements after RT is out in Austin on the MY. No one has had a real FSD update in months because Tesla is focusing on the RT launch.

I love my Cybertruck, but I am just not a truck guy. My Model Y Perf had all the room that I needed. Yes, a 6' bed is nice, but I have to take that with me everywhere I go even though I hardly use it. The CT also barely fits in my garage making daily parking a white knuckle event (truck has to touch the back and the front of the garage for the door to close!). Yet, it drives like a dream and FSD is like magic! But if it were 95% of the size, or even better yet a CyberSUV, then I would be all over it again!
