For all of the doom and gloom reporting, people saying they can't get $60k for them in the market, and claims of the inevitable demise of the CT; I don't see any deals out there for used CT's. The least expensive are $69k, and I'm sorry, but that's not a deal when you can get a new Dual Motor and catch the tax credit. If you buy Inventory you can get one for $72k; saving $3k and buying used isn't much of a bargain.

Where are these supposed sub $65k CT's?

LOL.... I am in the same boat, looking to buy a used Cyberbeast and some are more expensive than new, but the "sane" offers are $3-4K below with 3-5k miles and 5-8 less warranty.

Im sorry but that is not a deal at all...

What’s a reasonable beast price with 10,000 miles.

About 2 months ago carvana gave me an instant quote of $69k for a fs beast.

Tesla might do another price drop on 2024 models near end of Q2(June 30). Good luck on the hunt!
What production date or vin?

Stop pedaling this TaxCredit BS… only a select few apply. (Percentage in the single digits I would guess)

always has, always will be BS

Imagine if Tesla (or anyone) actually made a 25K EV which was eligible… the majority of Americans could afford it and I know the Gov is not ready to give out that much money..

…the Emperor is Naked.

Sounds like it may be easier to get a deal on a Beast than a Dual Motor. basically the DM is propping up Beast values and maintaining a floor on bottom pricing.

I'm guessing demand is holding at the $70k level and top end is weak. Tesla offered me $60k on a 2024 Sierra EV which is similar in MSRP to a Beast; to which I said no thanks. Not many buyers for expensive EV's.

@Baldyloxx - Select few? Do you mean people or products, for which it applies? Many people are eligible, but only the new cheapest single motor CT and a stripped DM CT qualify for it.

Many and few are relative, possibly the same when you crunch the numbers

but I meant people…

I've noticed the same. I've been eying the used market for several months and people are not willing to budge on the price at all it seems.

Heck, trucks with 10-15k miles and lower VINs are going for 69k while you can grab a brand new one for 72k... And it's not like you even have to wait with their current inventory...

Asking price and going price are two different things. A lot of the prices you see listed are a starting point for a negotiation.

Ok.
This is an open invitation to anyone who has paid less than $65k for an AWD and less
Than $75k for a beast. Tell us about your deal. How did you find it? Was there competition for the deal? Any advice on finding a budget CT?
Let’s see if it’s just asking price that’s still high.
