All-Season Tires recommendations?

I have a feeling this has been posted already, but did a search and can’t find it. So, here’s my dilemma. My original AT tires is reaching the end of its life. Maybe another couple thousand miles, but maybe sooner if the treads burn off quicker. Anyway, I’m not planning to replace it with the original tires it came with or with another AT tires. Mainly is because I don’t go off-road nor do I plan on doing so. Another benefit is AS tires give longer mileage (range), quieter, smoother, handles better on paved roads, and, in most case, last longer. So, with all that said, does anyone can recommend what is the best AS tires for my CyberBeast?

I got mine with the Core wheels (came with Pirelli Scorpion ATRs, just in case you’re not in-the-know), but I do want to off-road so I’ve been trying my best to wear my A/S tires out. I’ve taken them to drag strips, done donuts, and just generally driven them hard (high speeds, hard cornering, etc). At 18,000 miles, I’m still at 4/32 at the lowest. Darn things seem like they’ll be sticking around awhile. Lifetime Wh/mi is still 479 with all my shenanigans, so bottom line, they’re efficient and long lasting.

I'm in the same boat but considering getting Michelin Defender LTX Platinum for their reported excellent wet performance and 70K treadwear and $65/per tire cheaper ... but they are almost 20lb heavier than Pirelli Scorpion ATR and 8lb heavier than the OEM Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT .... I wonder how much range would that cost

well, after some AI consultation with the almighty Grok, the extra weight wouldn't result in much range loss, negligible, really. Rolling resistance is also comparable, but Michelin Defender LTX Platinum is higher than other 2, which could cost 1-2% reduction in range (3 - 5 miles from total range)

I still think Michelin Defender LTX Platinum would be a good fit

I’m leaning towards the Michelin as well. However, the Pirelli Scorpion ATR keeps on popping up as well. The only thing with the Pirelli its an AT.

in light snow/slush, seems that way by Michelin's deeper tread and denser siping but neither is 3PMSF certified and probably both inadequate for winter season tires

after more research I need to clarify myself: it appears that "reduction of range between 1-2%" for Michelin Defender LTX Platinum for their higher rolling resistance would be FROM Pirelli Scorpion ATR range (340 miles) not from OEM Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT range (318 miles).

Which means: going from OEM Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT to Michelin Defender LTX Platinum should translate in longer range, lower Wh/m, and quieter ride; but going from Pirelli Scorpion ATR to Michelin Defender LTX Platinum - 1-2% range reduction and about the same (or slightly less) noise

I have driven on both the cores with Pirelli scorpions and the cybers with Goodyear AT and the Pirellis are noticeably quieter and noticeably more comfortable. I would go with OEM pirellis

I installed BFG KO3s. Guaranteed 55k miles or they pay you for every mile, which is way getter than OEM Goodyears it came with. Only got 30k out of those. So far been great off road and on the road. Can't hear them at all either when they have a more aggressive tread. Have not seen a change in range either. Wind is the killer for the CT and inclines I've seen driving 40k miles.

They are rated up to 80psi, I run at 70.

Do you get any alerts on the screen for tires being over pressured above what Teslas recommend tire pressure?

Do you have the KO3s on a beast or AWD? If beast, are you concerned with the speed rating topping off at 112 while the truck is capable of 130? I have a beast and want the KO3s but have been reluctant to pull the trigger for that reason. I may still do it and adjust top speed to cap it.

I eventually pulled the plug and went with the Michelin. The speed rating is for 112 as well but after thinking about it for a while it was best choice for me. How many times have I gone 130 MPH? Let alone over 100. I might be wrong here, but that stand true for 99% people out there as well. It’s not we live in Germany and have the autobahn to play with.
