An orange Lambo pulled up next to me at a light, revved his engine and ran off to the next light. I got there and decided it was time for my first ever launch of Mephistopheles, the CB. Light turned green and I smoked him, as in I was almost to the next light and waiting before he could grab a second gear. Next light, he stuck his fat hand out with the cybertruck salute as he drove past. He didn't slow down for a rematch though.

One could say he was caught unawares and yada yada, but he didn't rev his engine by accident at the first light. One could also say FTG, don't start nothin, won't be nothin.

That launch felt incredible. I have owned a few German sports cars but my wife says I drove like a gramma until I got my MS several years ago. I had a regular CT and it got worse, this CB is in a whole different class. Someone said it drives like a low end sports car and I think that may be an understatement. Nothing short of a sportbike compares between the stoplights.

Before the Karens chime in, there weren't any other cars around, no intersections, no defenseless nuns and orphans on the sidewalk. Just me and a fat guy in an expensive sports car getting toasted by a pickup truck. And my grin!

I have not done that! But it's nice knowing that I can if he pulls up, all revved up! (I've launched once in 10 months.)

I think Aston Martins look good. I looked up the line they sell (curiosity only). Only their hyper supercar Valkyrie matches CB acceleration at a cost of $3.5 million. But it can't tow and has no power outlets among other features.

I support your decision and have done the same after making sure it was a safe place where no one could get hurt excepts nuns! I would aim for them! Sorry I grew up going to catholic school back in the day when slapping miss behaved boys was acceptable. I know it made me stronger ;>)

Owned a 2020 R8(sibling to the Lambo Huracan). I can tell you the cyberbeast smokes it in short straight lines. Same with the 2020 911 Carrera we used to own. We sold both of those because they were just for the looks now that we had straight line fun speed in the truck. That instant speed from the truck just changed how other cars are, yes at turns and higher speeds the R8 and 911 were more fun(IMO) but we don't do that daily. Stop lights are daily :)

There’s a well known, epic douchebag in town here who leases a new Lamborghini every few years because he can’t afford to own one.
Everyone I know with a CB/MXP/MSP destroys the guy off the line every chance we get. It’s glorious.
