Anyone have pictures of their post repair Cantrails?

Got my cantrail replaced on a June 2025 build CT. I detected a small opening mid way up the windshield on the driver side one week after having it wrapped. Stop by the service in Rocklin NorthCal and they confirmed my CT didn't have the fix for the cantrail during production. I dropped off the CT on Sat 9/6 and it took them just 2 hours to replace both. Here are some pictures post fix. First 2 pix are on the passenger side.

I did what I could for mine, but tech out tomorrow and with both of us I think I can close the gap.

My adjustment - need more hands or a tail.

Comments on adjustment.
(front) - 8mm bolt - open frunk to help you see it. I just used a wrench and a bit of patience.
Weather stripping pealed from corner glass to b-pillar.
Removed or loosened all TORX under weather stripping.
At corner glass I believe its 3 plastic guides / clips.
I used some gloves and massaged the cantrail forward but getting 1-2mm out of all that takes some muscle. And my opinion 2 people.
If I had one more person I could have got it flush and they could have tightened the 8mm.
Then re-add or tighten all the TORX. Put the weather stripping back.

For the ones that are bent out. My gut instinct on this is they bent that a little when removing your old cantrail and it needs to be bent back. Seems to go thru a metal plate. I've had some success pushing mine in but ugh. Just not a great fit/finish or attention to detail. Glad I'm not the only one with these issues but at the same time I wish the SC would take 2 more minutes or ask for help to make this right before slapping it on the ass.

Update, mobile tech was out, said my cantrails were defective. He stated he heard where some were cut short/long. I shouldn't have to go to this degree to get it to fit. Appointment will be made to get it back in.
The spot / distortion or dimple I see on both driver and passenger is where they weld it now per the recall so nothing to be done there.
Hope this helps anyone else having issues.

I had no issues with my cantrails I was thinking why am I fixing something not broke but at the same time didn't want it to fly off and kill someone so I took it in and now it's all off and nothing like before. I sent a message with pics to my SC no response yet. Very annoyed.

That is out of spec for sure and they will
adjust it. they did mine. Big breath, they are just being lazy.
You will attract more flies with honey than vinegar in this situation

Didn’t the service advisor do a walk-around with you? I get the feeling there is no pride in their workmanship. This is not acceptable for a recall.

No walk around I picked it up late after work it was dark it wasn't until today as I was cleaning and prepping the truck to get it rewrapped I was like WTF?

I had the *exact* same situation, including picking it up after the service people had left.

I sent pictures of the problem areas to the chat that was still open about the service, and they scheduled me for a redo. Fortunately everything was fixed in the redo and it only took a couple hours.

But yes, it is absolutely lame that they release the trucks in this condition. No quality control at all.

Well I went in to have the cantrails realigned properly and there were able to fix the passenger side but the driver side they told me couldn't do anything about that. Manager came out and talked to me and said sorry. I decided not to push it any further life's too short and no need expend any more thought and energy to this matter for mm increments but yeah for those of you dragging your feet on getting it replaced keep dragging haha
