I’m fully converted to squircle. Fits CT perfect, as others have said.

Even the yoke feels like I’m steering holding a large fruit punch bowel trying to not spill. Lmao.

Threw up a little in my mouth with that round steering wheel. CT drivers need to stop fighting it lol

The only thing i miss about not having a round wheel is steering with my knee… which wasn't a good thing to do anyway…

But now we have FSD… not sure why anyone would need to steer with their knee anymore. And yes, I’ve steered with my knee many a time in the past.

Not gonna be popular- but it negates the “apply force to the steering wheel” nag when attention monitoring is not active or the cabin camera is blocked.

Gross. That said, anything else in the S or X is a complete fail. I would literally pay several thousand dollars to NOT have that stupid yoke without steer by wire.

Anyone want to trade their Cybertruck squircle for my Model Y steering wheel....sure. As long as all functionality exists.

Good luck prying my Cybertruck's squircle from my cold, dead hands lol.

I love everything about our control interface except the chosen name. I wish they wouldn’t call it a squircle. It’s very goofy. If they wanted to differentiate it from “yoke” they should have gone with Tiller or something.

Tesla’s very goofy in general. Their line of cars is literally named “sexy” and their summon feature is named “ass.” There’s probably more I’m forgetting ATM. Just gonna have to roll with it lol

Edit: Robovan, said like Elon instead of how a normal person would say it.

Actually, Chevrolet coined the phrase (or at least has prior use when they dubbed the steering wheel on the C8 a squircle). And in the case of GM, at least it’s an aptonym! It’s an actual rounded square, whereas the CT is a “rectircle” at best. Parallelogircle?

I’d be content with steering “controller”
