It looks like hardware 4.5 is in production, with a Model Y being spotted with it recently.
Any news on recent Cybertruck deliveries with it?

A better question is, "anyone see any new Cybertrucks?" They are not making very many of them these days

I had a '26 as a loaner last month, but yeah they are rare and/or going all to UAE.

Poking around on the Tesla website inventory today, I don't see any new '26 models in inventory, in any USA geo region.

It's not just UAE, Cybertruck deliveries are rolling out to several new international markets. It started with South Korea at the end of 2025, now it's the UAE, then Saudi Arabia and Qatar should be coming up next.

Yeah new 2026 Cybertrucks seem to be almost nonexistent in US inventory right now. Did spot a 2026 Cyberbeast in Meridian, Idaho (zip code 83642), so they apparently do exist.

S,3,Y,CT,CT(holding pattern) Slate is back on
What I don't understand is if they are building effectively only for overseas right now; why lie and tell US customers 3 to 5 weeks?
Because everyone laughs when Elon says about 2 weeks. 3 to 5 sounds better. 6 or 7 is so 2025. That's why.

What’s hardware 4.5?
It is the FSD computer and associated FSD components. Looks like in this case a newer computer was released in between 4.00 and 5.00 making it 4.5. currently being found in some newly built model Y's. Not sure changes in anything other than computer in this case.

Why not 4.20?

This tells me that HW5 isn’t coming until 2027. Tesla would not have spent the R&D funds on HW4.5 if HW5 was around the corner. I predict HW5 is roughly 12-18 months away before being installed in production vehicles.

It’s apparent that new FSD software is being developed at a fast pace and that computer hardware is struggling to keep up with computational demands.
