That was one of my concerns and I read the same, change to quality speakers and I’m sure it will be perfectly fine.

To see if orders have increased I just opened the order page for the $59,990 Cybertruck. The lead times have been extended from the beginning of summer to fall. It now states September - October 2026.

The Premium model states a 5-7 week lead time.

Because I already have one cybertruck and can't justify a second one...

One for clean driving days, one for messy driving days (road conditions, not driver ability lol).

...but I need to keep myself from buying another Tesla.

I wonder what the extended delivery dates from June to September mean. More orders than anticipated? Not enough? Or something else? Having test driven an AWD the last two weeks in California I am eager to resume the experience at the earliest moment.

Do not be surprised to see the price increase a bit, Tesla doesn't like to leave money on the table and they need to slow down the ordering a bit to keep up.. betting at the end of 10 days the price goes to $64,990, time will tell

I don't think so. I think the 10 days was a trial balloon. If it didn't really improve sales they would just go back to status quo. If sales are good they will extend beyond 10 days.

I'm going with raising the price some maybe 65k. Who knows though.

If they can keep the production line going (at least a full shift), AND they can make a modest profit, that's what they will do. These first 10 days where to unload the failed rear wheel drive only's extra parts, which had no place to be used, and was dead inventory. they will get out their spread sheets and pencils and figure out if they are making anything on this model. with the new lower cost 4680's with the dry cathode process, it is likely they are making a small profit.
