I had a loaner CT for one night and plan to purchase one soon. My garage allows for about 1” of clearance lengthwise but it’s doable with the bumper camera. I actually modified the back wall of the garage so the studs aren’t in the way of the bumper, otherwise it would be impossible. I plan to place wooden blocks on floor to stop the wheels and maybe a hang up a string or something.
You are a good candidate for a Cyber-shoe horn ... I think Teslarati makes one.

Hey be careful about pollution entering your house with vehicle exhaust pipes pointing towards living space versus outdoors. Oh wait...

Another benefit of EVs!

My standard procedure is:
  • measure twice
  • cut once
  • measure again
  • cut three more times
  • start over twice
  • back to Home Depot four times
  • give up and hire someone

I can fit our Cybertruck and Jeep Wrangler 392 in our ‘standard’ 20-foot garage, with some room (tight but okay) to walk in front of it.

To maximize width space in the garage at our last house which had a double and a single stall, in the double, we would back in the vehicle on the left side of the garage and pull the other in forward. The drivers' doors would face each other. That way, you only have to have one wide aisle to get in/out rather than two.

Yeah, the CT is the longest vehicle I have ever owned, but driving it is epic. I believe I have 3 feet clearance too. I wanted to at least open the tailgate while parked inside. To maintain this position, I placed some blue painters tape on the floor which I can see in the rear camera while backing in. I have probably 6 inches clearance between the front bumper and the garage door. 🤨
LOL. We do the same thing for our Model Y!

I like the floor treatment and how you went up the sides to cover the foundation.
Thanks! The whole process of the sales guy quoting me a price based on square footage vs the 'implementation team' was somewhat comical. Based on my experience, the implementation team just does what you want them to do lol.

I just spent the day prepping my oversized (they called it a 2 1/2 car) garage for the Cybertruck that arrives next week. The garage is wide but normal depth (21 ft). Both my wife and I park in the garage and share a Tesla Wall charger. We also have two 120V travel chargers permanently installed for slow charging our cars which are my wife's 2024 Model 3 and my 2025 Model Y. The Y is being traded in for the Cybertruck. While width in garage is no problem, I only have 3 ft total extra space lengthwise to work with once the Cybertruck moves in. I'm interested in what it's like keeping a large vehicle like the Cybertruck in a garage.

I also have a large empty RV parking pad on the garage side of the house with a powered gate and that is my second option. I'd need an extension cord to reach the Cybertruck's charge port or, install another Wall Charger on the outside wall. I'm getting the Cybertruck wrapped (PPF) and I really prefer to keep it garaged. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
Haha. I have about quarter inch of space from wall to garage door, meaning it ain’t happening. I’d love to have 3’. You’ll be good setup a wheel stop.

"People are saying" or if you prefer "everyone's saying" that "real trucks" are parked outside anyway and if you really want to be a truck driver, certain norms need to be accepted. Being one of the least compliant people I know, I insist that my truck must be, in order of priority:

1. Fully electric
2. My daily driver e.g. comfort, good handling, great sound system
3. Have an autonomous driving system (currently, only FSD qualifies)
4, Able to transport large objects
5. Have a securable bed space
6 Have a safety rating of 5 min

Based upon that criteria, my possible vehicles list is rather short and fit in my garage isn't even one of those. ;)
