I live in Arizona and we have bright sunshine most of the time.
I wish someone in the aftermarket field would come up with after market extensions for the sun visors.
I find myself having to duck down or prop up in the seat to shield the glare.
I don't think that tinting the upper windshield is an option.

As much as direct sunlight has been a problem for drivers over the past century, I'm surprised that none of the auto makers hasn't built the sun visor into the headliner of the vehicles so it can be pulled down to block sunlight rather than having to duck around the current style of visors.

As a Phoenix resident I would recommend getting 5-15% above asmr line, makes huge difference . That way you can still see through in a pinch but cuts down on the glare HUGELY. I barely touch my visors with sunglasses on. Looks sleek too. Tinting the upper windshield is a great option. Obviously don’t tint in front of camera

I have a 5% brow tint, basically all the way down to the bottom of the camera housing, almost never use the visors now

I had my windshield tinted inside and a darker strip of window tint on the top edge - of the windshield -about 7” wide - this makes a huge difference and keeps the interior cool. Also bought on Amazon an interior shade for the glass roof with a silver outward facing side that reflects the heat. Also tinted all the door windows as well.

I just added a 5% brow tint as well. Works like a charm and totally unnoticeable from the outside and really not from the inside either until you realize the sun is no longer peering though the gaps in the visors.
