My original post for my PCS issue was May 6. Since then here's what is happening.
1) The "camera system not available" error we were getting was not related to the PCS. My wife became impatient, not having FSD, and paid a personal visit to the Customer Service Center. They were able to resolve the camera system issue while she waited. They removed a panel in the frunk and disconnected the low voltage battery connections, paused for a minute, and then connected it all back up. When the CT came back up the Technician accessed "Service Mode" and cleared several settings (I didn't get the details on that) and then rebooted the CT. When it all came back up, the cameras were functional. The Tech said we would need to drive the CT as much as 100 miles so the cameras can recalibrate before the FSD would be functional. It only took about 25 miles.
2) The "PCS Error". A few days ago we were notified that the "Parts are on the way" and we now have a service appointment scheduled for June 3. We can only wait and see.

I am, and Tesla approved it however because I have 30k miles they wanted to charge me $13k for them to pay off the loan. I'm on the fence about it, seems sort of unfair as they are charging over $1 a mile. I live in the state of Illinois so I guess it's the law, trying to see if I can fight it I declined the amount and Tesla closed my buyback and the service manager said he can open a new one but it will be whatever my miles are now, Tesla doesn't play nice to be honest, leaves a bad taste... I have the PCS issue now at 30k miles, but I also have a continued unresolved wiper issue that I have been fighting for awhile so I been trying to get it a lemon for awhile... I love the truck, but it feels it's going to become a money pit, and that's really the only reason why I want out of it. I had no major issues until a week ago with this PCS issue... I read people having it twice happen to them, I really have little faith with Tesla service centers at least in my area, I always have to go in for 3 to 4 times until I get my issue resolved, been frustrating...

As Tesla's biggest fan, I feel I deserve better, they also don't seem to negotiate whatsoever during a buy back just a heads up, not in my case at least. It's take it or leave it...

Anyways my service appointment is scheduled 2 months from yesterday and they provided me free Super Charging to hold me over, I still feel I want to fight them, trying to see if I have a case with attorneys but it hasn't been easy. I feel Tesla is getting away with leaving us Cybertrucks high and dry... Bad bad taste and poor customer experience.

Us Foundation Series owners should have gotten more, I feel we gotten the shaft, if I had free super charging for life then I could deal more with these issues, but yea... Anyways, perhaps I am just salty.

Free SuperCharging for all, oh wait that’s the issue?!

Not to say told you so, but glad I waited.

All my teslas owned have been used, won’t ever give all my Money to Tesla as they have no loyalty.

Best deals are used and all the bugs are already worked out, and if not, just buy another.

One day we will see this…

You'd have the same mileage deduction with lemon law process as with the voluntary repurchase. In fact, in most court ordered lemon cases, its statutory to apply the mileage deduction to the refund.

Yep... This is the only reason why I want out of my Cybertruck, all the issues and big ones like this just makes me nervous... I only have 19k more miles until out of warranty, what else will happen then? Knowing my luck it won't end well.

Is it me, but does it seem like we are all suddenly starting to have this PCS issue all around the same time now??? Something doesn't seem right, bad update? Planned by Tesla? Either way, super weird, and I lost trust in the brand big time..

Where are you getting your truck serviced at? My experience has been pretty positive at Naperville SC. Had my PCS fixed in a week, anytime I've had an issue they handle it well and made me a pretty happy camper.

I don't know if you follow other car brands and the problems they're having with their own trucks, the days of anything being bulletproof is out the window. Toyota trucks are blowing motors left and right, waiting weeks for repairs. Same goes for GM trucks..

What's up man! I'm near Vernon Hills/Libertyville, so that's my main service center, but I've also been to Northbrook and Schaumburg. Northbrook was a terrible experience—they completely messed up my windshield tint while servicing the gearbox (got glue everywhere and peeled some of it off). I had to make them pay for a replacement. Libertyville isn't much better; I always get the truck back with the exact same problems. Schaumburg seems to do better work, but it's a bit of a drive. Naperville is too far out of the way for me, but I'm not surprised to hear they're good—it's a great area. Glad you had an awesome experience there, because mine has been the total opposite for years! lol.

Yea, I looked it up a lot, our AI friend keeps saying when the issue was first reported which for me was 4k miles, but Tesla said they are charging for the overall miles I have which is 30k miles right now. I told them and proved the documentation which they also have on their end from service stating this, but they didn't seem to budge at all...

In that case, it may be worth reaching out to a lemon law or consumer protection lawyer for legal advice.

Without a straight answer from the Tesla app I'm guessing Powershare will not work with a PCS failure. Has anybody tired. Is battery life an issue. I don't drive that much. I was keeping the battery at 80% with 10 to 15% daily usage. Now I run it down to about 40% before trecking to the Supercharger with coffee and a magazine.

Yea I am working with a lemon law attorney regarding it, they even said that the charge per mile Tesla provided me is way too high, over $1 a mile… so my refund of monthly payments and everything gets absorbed and I end up owing Tesla around $13k with 30k miles..

I’m very interested as well. I’m sure lemon law works differently in the state of Georgia. Can anyone provide advise as a first step with this process.?
