TFL on Tesla's Cybertruck cutting line shenanigans

Woah. Both sides of this discussion are missing the point.
Think of it this way.

Yep, I would NOT waste my time on these threads unless I was convinced that Tesla can do better. Thus, the dead dog analogy.

They CAN do better and as a shareholder of this company that gets pummeled unfairly with lies from those that are nothing more than GM / UAW shills, small “kindnesses” would be tough to combat and are a very sharp edge in the marketplace.

I feel sometimes like Tesla monitors the www and has given me a bad “social score” because I complain here and other places about Tesla.

But, I see Tesla as a great hope for the future and a huge contributor to improving the quality of life for all of us. Next summer, for my retirement we plan on our first cross country trip. I would MOT even consider that at my age if we did not have FSD.

So yeah, I complain. I want to be treated with some respect and that means updates from Tesla, not the gossip mills and conjecture of drone pilots and YouTubers. My CT will be my 3rd Tesla. Loyal, yes. But it still feels like I am being told to sit down and shut up.

Maybe it is Jan-Mar of 2025 and they just left the year off the site.

I am pissed about line jumpers and delays and gossip. I feel disrespected and ignored. I complain because how can a company that is so innovative building the most advanced vehicles on the planet, be so ignorant about communications in ANY FORM?

I am pissed because I know they can do better and they just don’t.

Administrator erases the arguments, and also sends notes.

I got into it with a couple guys over politics. I'm on warning now, which is why I keep saying 'it's politics' and walking away from such arguments.

?. You reap what you sow. What do people think they are going to do when they get the truck ? Sensationalize that

- it’s not complete
- it doesn’t match Silverado on some number
- it’s for celebrities only not a wor truck
- it doesn’t rock crawl like a jeep with 41s
- it’s not bullet proof cause a howitzer will go through it
- the headlights don’t work if caked in mud
- Elon bad and bait and switched them

Everyday that goes by and they don’t get to make money off the CT while others put out their reviews is a sweet day.

I watched a little bit. The only thing I was thrown off by was that Roman pulled out a little rubber mat from the door and complained that underneath you could see the wires. It was like. Piece that you would remove only to clean it and then put it back. And they kept acting like they aren't getting the truck early still and are mad because they paid FS prices.

But they are still early.

I may finish it lol

Oh my, it is far worse than that. That "wire" they saw was NOT a wire for the harness at all. The little cover that he pulled out is supposed to come out ... wait for it ... because that is the emergency door release loop ... not a wire. And the cover NEEDS to pop out easily so you can get to it!

YouTubers trying to get a reaction… meh, could care less if 20 celebrities get Cybertruck before me.. I am also 2026 at the earliest, so my annoyance is limited vs those first day orders..
