All everything flexes. It's impossible to make any material that is perfectly stiff and doesn't have any flex to it, the physics of chemical bonds just don't allow that. But the stiffer something is the bigger it needs to be to see the flex with your eye. One of the most famous examples of really stiff things flexing is the Tacoma narrows bridge collapse. Concrete and steel flexing like paper until collapse.

The CT windshield has 2 things working against it, the size and the lack of curve. I don't think I'll be testing mine if I get it.
