print came out well she does sag a bit but hoping the nylon is strong enough to not break and smash into my screen.

Seems like that nylon is not strong enough to bear the weight.

Then you should try the latest with mentioned parameters. That will increase the strength of the mount.
Even more, you can increase infill density to 100% to create solid block to get the strongest of material but take more filament and time to print.

Just PM your address, i will print it for you using pa6-cf. Btw, petg-cf is not suitable for high temperature environment.

I’ll post the Nylon 12 when I get it from Xometry to compare and see if it hangs, both immediately and over time.

May be a couple weeks because I’m waiting to get my Cybertruck back from service. Waiting on new wiper motor that was dead on arrival.

pa6-cf is out of stock at the moment. When it’s back in stock I’ll get with the hardened nozzle. If/when the petg-cf fails I will retry with the pa6.

Actually, you don't need to buy it from Bambu store, just buy from Amazon(Polymaker makes good one) and select Bambu lab PAHT-CF profile. It works very well for me, just make sure dry filament before printing.

PA6 it is! Would it make sense to also lengthen the mount and put more material at the bend?

Mine still works fine so i don’t think the bend is not strong enough. From your pic, looks like your layers don’t have good adhesion. Is it pa6-cf filament? Did you dry the filament before printing and anneal after that?
