I’m not sure what you mean “to take the rake.” Can you expand or define that? Why would running the front only cause it to run flat, which I assume means level? As in the truck will level itself with just the front installed, is that correct?
The truck has a rake (slopes downward) in the front to the back, like most cars for better areodynamics. Using only 2 or the 4 lift rods on the front will flatten it out. Which also looks better IMO..

Ok got it now, never heard the nose down being called a rake. I didn’t think it was for aerodynamics, but more so safety on trucks for their front bumpers to better align to rear bumpers of normal cars. Don’t know that for fact, just heard that before, like it is a safety regulation. I too prefer it to look flat over the stink bug (rake) look. Thanks for the info.

Guys,
Happy Friday! Wanted to share this before the weekend started for all you guys getting on the trail - you need this!

Introducing our new CYBERTRUCKco Lift Rod Kit, the perfect "upgrade" for Cybertruck owners looking to "elevate" their vehicle’s ride height without breaking the bank.

The kit replaces the original lift rods, tricking the suspension system to increase the air in the shocks. We took this concept from the Land Rover lift rods we have made off an on since 2004, so nothing new for air suspension.

We used aircraft-quality black anodized aluminum, with high temp, chemical resistant grommets, so the Lift Rod Kit is designed to withstand everything thats going to be thrown at it from daily driving and challenging terrains.

The front rods are easy to install and can be done with the vehicle in high mode and the car turned off. The rear rods require you to remove the rear wheel and swap them out, thought you may be able to crawl under the rig, just not recommended...

They have a linear lift from 1" at Low, 1.25" at med and 2.125″ of lift in high mode. We noticed no difference in ride quality, or mileage loss in Low and medium on the road. The Cybertruck rides higher in all settings, the higher stance = looks great and added ground clearance for off-road trails.

bets of all the $79.95 kit is available now and $9,940 less than some way off in the distance 2" lift + labor. We think this is the right kit for 99.9% of CT owners who want lift.

First 20 orders this weekend will get an $25 coupon to use in the store for your next purchase.

Let us know what you think, and have great weekend!

I ordered a set because I’d like the CT to ride a little higher and I like the concept. I’m not sure I understand how the install works from the description, so I hope you’ll add the instruction manual to your website to clarify (I’d like to decide if I’m going to do this myself or take it to a shop for some help).

I don’t take my CT off-road (leave that to the YouTubers!) so I’m a bit less concerned about affecting the strength/integrity of the suspension...but it is still on my mind. I think the instruction manual will go a long way to answering my questions there because I’ll understand what I’ve changed from the stock vehicle.

Last question: it’s on back order so any idea when I might get the parts? Thanks for the great product!

Ships in 2 weeks and there will be a video install up before they ship. Hope that helps!

I wonder how the CV joints will go with this mod, and if it affects EV range on-road at all, and if the suspension ride is stiffer because of the higher airbag pressure to maintain the ride height?

Probably only worth considering if you really need the extra clearance.

Ideally, Tesla would allow the height to be more finely manipulated by the customers as they desire, but they are probably all set points with the above factors in mind.

What I would like to see more of is automatic stabiliser bar disconnects and if they have airbag crosslinking for offroad wheel articulation. Much more meaningful for better traction than suspension clearance.

No Sway bar disconnect is a Tesla fail on the truck

@CYBERTRUCKco This is cool, im VERY interested, but concerned about stability in the very high and extract modes, how do those perform and are there any gains in height there? I offroad semi difficult terrains around once a month in my CT so this could be a home run for me.
Had no issue when we took offloading over some pretty challenging obstacles , the shock height is limited.

Ships in 2 weeks and there will be a video install up before they ship. Hope that helps!
Any status on shipping and the video? Or at least the instruction manual being available as a PDF on the website?

Hope they arrive soon so I can enjoy the higher ride height! Thanks!

P.S., When I was checking the website for any new info I noticed your fourth pic that shows the wheel well with the High setting is mislabeled - it says “Medium” just like the third photo.

I believe Rock Crawl mode has cross linked airbags....thought I saw that somewhere. And UPP has manual swayer disconnects (agree auto would be better)....
