Two air suspension compressor faults - what is the correct use of lift system?

I had the suspension compressor replaced on June 22 along with airline bundles which had split open. July 7 I got error TAS_a218 suspension adjustment unavailable which cause the front of the truck to be raised to extract while the back nearly bottomed out. Along with a whole host of other errors such as no self drive, no vehicle hold, no regenerative braking. My question is, how much are you allowed to raise and lower the cybertruck before it is considered damaging to the compressor system? The SC technician seems to believe I was overusing it, but what does that mean? Are you only supposed to lift the truck once a month?

Well they have an entry mode that deflates it everytime you go into park and when you go into drive it inflates back to medium height unless your in beast mode (low) or custom settings. Everytime you hit 70mph it will also lower to low mode automatically. Beings it self adjusts in all these cases, I don’t believe one can over use it. Even if you’re sitting in the driveway constantly cycling between high and low. The compressor is tiny as well as the tank it refills. Compressor will stop due to overheating and cool its self off before refilling the tank to max. You cannot go from entry to fully extract mode without it having to kick on, there simply isn’t enough volume in the tank.

Sounds like the air suspension valve block is bad, it also contains the pressure sensor.
Either that or the rear controller (less likely, the harness between the two).

Compressor has temperature sensor along with software duty cycle limits.

Air lines should never blow out.

My air suspension valve block failed on an Alaska road trip. Front high, rear low. I lost FSD for a thousand miles . The block was replaced in Anchorage at the Tesla Service Center. All my camping gear had to be removed from the vault to get access to the compression system. They let me put my gear in the vault of one their Cybertrucks awaiting registration while waiting for new block to be shipped from Seattle. Great service.

I have had my compressor changes twice. Once in early ownership when it was "recalled" and then again under warranty due to failure. I read that using the auto lowering on exiting the truck caused over use of the compressor. So I took it off that mode. I ride in medium and never lower it except for my 94 year old mother.

Okay, I just got mine back with the third compressor installed. I’m using your method from now on.

Service told me to disable entry mode if I don't want to replace my air suspension again prior to 100k miles.

Mine failed at 33k miles. They asked if I put it in extract to show people often and used Entry mode...I said Extract maybe 20 times and entry mode every day and then they said I was expediting failure.

Maybe this needs to be explained more clearly in the manual? Or just put a huge disclaimer on it saying something like “extract mode can be used 6 times per year max, entry mode 30 per year”.
